-Thank you from Sue Anne Werntz for planter sent upon the death of her mother.

-Nothing to report.

-Staff concern about rising Covid numbers.

-ERC met. Staff feels as though administration working with them and OTES going smoothly thus far. December meeting canceled and will meet again in January.

  1. WEA President’s report: Scott S. Miller

-Covid in district: Parkview online through Thanksgiving. Other buildings stressed.

-Senate/House Bill for fair funding of public schools. Will craft message to membership if bill will receive vote.

  1. Labor Relation Consultant (LRC) Report: Alison Hoffa

-Some health departments are linking teachers to medical professionals as essential workers not needing to quarantine. We are essential workers but not linked to medical profession and should quarantine along guidelines.

-Concern over RIFs in the event of going to remote learning.
