-Won grievance @ Level 1 related to field trip bussing

-ERC report- Jeannie Cerniglia came and spoke about the recommendations of ESB for OTES: good points include the ability to include other data (besides VA) in data bundle and the ability to bargain parts of the process
- WEA President’s report: Scott Miller
-Presented next year’s meeting schedule- no December meeting
-Successful NBI from Karen and Matt/Heather at OEA RA
-Robin Jeffries and Mark Hill running for Treasurer-will have recommendations moving forward
-Classified evaluation form will be reimaged and reviewed for accuracy

-Thanked Glenda for help on level 1. Fewer grievances this year and she believes it is due to a good contract. Support received salary schedules and will be notified of placement for next year by the end of the month.
