-ERC meeting canceled as nothing to discuss

-Both certified and classified issues presentations went well

-Federal shutdown may cause us to proceed on Feb. 5 bargaining date without federal mediator.

-LRC Ethan young has offered OEA staff to help with IBB training

-Thank you Brian Burdine and Karen Linch for support and set up with bargaining related events.

-$275 donation to Boys and Girls Club

-WEA shirts and gathering for first day of bargaining(February 5^th)
