-Issues with paras at alternative learning sites.

-Hopeful to carry things through smoothly working well with administration on evaluation processes. October 3^rd is first ERC meeting. Possibility of staff surveys to inform process.

-WEA Mask project carries out successfully.

-Hopes for increased support during very rough time for teachers and staff.

-Issues at Alternative Learning Site(Grace Bretheran)

-Probably be a busy year with grievances which is fine as it is a part of our contractual process.

-Concerned about furloughs on classified staff(paras) in the case we go fully remote.

-BOD New strategic priority: Educate and organize OEA and its members to advocate for racial, social and economic justice.

-Happy to back in Wayne County and looking forward to working to help and advocate for the WEA.
